Dear patients,
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming some normalcy in our lives.

First, please be assured that the safety and well-being of our patients continue to be our highest priority and that we are following directives of all regulatory agencies. Given that this virus event is ever-changing, we are closely monitoring updates from the CDC, the WHO and OSHA. And as a member of the California Dental Association (CDA) and American Dental Association (ADA), we are also receiving guidance for dentistry. We will continue to seek advise from these agencies and local public health officials and keep you up to date with any changes that may affect your dental care.

While we have always followed stringent infection control protocol in our operatories and common areas, we have implemented additional measures that we are asking all of our patients to observe:

  • You will be pre-screened with a series of COVID-19 related questions over the phone and then again upon arrival to our office.
  • Please arrive with a mask on for your appointment.
  • Please bring your own pen.
  • Please do not bring siblings, friends or relatives who do not have a scheduled appointment. Unless it is a minor that has the appointment. Only scheduled patients will be allowed in the treatment and common areas.
  • Please wait outside the dental office door until you are instructed to enter.
  • We will perform temperature readings as part of our routine assessment prior to you entering the office.
  • Prior to beginning your dental treatment you will be asked to perform a 30 sec swish with hydrogen peroxide and asked to wash your hands. Cell phones, keys and purses will placed in a plastic clean bag.
  • Extra time is allotted between appointments for social distancing with other patients and for sterilization and disinfection protocols. True HEPA air filters, high volume vacumm, room cleaning, disinfecting , with
    final coating of a air spray sanitizer and additonal PPE are examples of the steps taken to keep everyone safe.

If you have not been contacted yet to reschedule your dental appointment, we will be reaching out to you soon to do so. If you have a pre-made
appointment that occurs May 18th or latter, we may be contacting you to reschedule. This is due to the additional time that is necessary
between patient appointments. We will be prioritizing appointments initially to high need patient care. We thank you for you patience and
confidence in our care!
